Jenna Martin is a lawyer at Blumbergs Professional Corporation. Jenna’s practice focuses on non-profit and charity law, including establishing non-profits and applying for charity status. Jenna provides legal services to non-profit organizations and charities, including advising clients in their dealings with the Charities Directorate of the Canada Revenue Agency.
Prior to joining Blumbergs, Jenna articled at a full-service law firm in Vaughn. Jenna obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Birmingham, UK and a Masters of Law (LL.M) degree from the University of Bristol, UK. She completed her NCA Accreditation in 2022, as well as her Ontario Bar exams in 2024. She was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2024 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
