Caitlin is passionate about providing practical and tailored legal advice to charities and not-for-profit organizations on a wide range of matters. More specifically, Caitlin assists with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, restructuring, incorporation, charitable registration, and gift planning.
Prior to joining Blumbergs Professional Corporation, Caitlin practiced at two large national law firms and focused on tax and corporate and commercial matters for not-for-profit organizations and charities. Caitlin received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto in 2021 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022.
