Our legal services include:
- Incorporation of non-profits, organizing non-profits and applying for registered charitable status in Canada
- Maintaining charitable status and dealing with the Charities Directorate of the Canada Revenue Agency (“CRA”) and their requirements
- Facilitating foreign activities undertaken by Canadian charities and non-profits
- Assisting Ontario non-profits with corporate changes required to be in compliance with the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (“ONCA”)
